Building the Elva we wished we had

We’re an ambitious team with backgrounds in venture capital, technology, and consulting. Working closely with some of the most ambitious companies, we saw how critical global talent is for building great teams and how difficult relocating employees still is.

Coming from international and diverse backgrounds ourselves, we have also experienced relocation firsthand and it was far from seamless. Seeing the complexity up close made the problem clear.

By combining that experience with building world-class AI products, we believe we can fundamentally improve how people move across borders.

Our goal is simple: make international hiring as easy as hiring locally, so companies can bring the best talent to their teams without friction.
